Shipping Methods & Timelines

We provide multiple shipping options tailored to your order size, urgency, and location:

Air Freight: Best for urgent, medium-volume shipments. Delivery within 5–10 business days.
Sea Freight: Ideal for large and bulk orders. Delivery typically takes 20–45 days, depending on the port of destination.
Courier / Express Shipping: For samples or small consignments, we use DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Aramex. Delivery in 4–7 business days.

Dispatch Timelines:

Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched within 5–7 working days after payment confirmation.
Made-to-order or customized items: Dispatched within 2–4 weeks, depending on production complexity and order volume.

Packaging Standards

We maintain strict quality and durability standards for all packaging to ensure that our handcrafted goods arrive in perfect condition.

Primary Packaging: Each item is neatly packed in polybags, fabric sleeves, or kraft wraps as per product type.
Bulk Packaging: All goods are boxed in strong export-grade cartons with protective fillers to avoid transit damage.
Palletization: For large consignments, especially sea shipments, cartons are palletized, shrink-wrapped, and labeled.
Eco-Friendly Options: We support sustainable trade practices by offering biodegradable or recyclable packaging materials upon request.

Custom Labeling & Branding

We accommodate private label and white-label requirements for our global wholesale clients.

Available services include:

Custom client labels, SKUs, or barcodes
Branded inner packaging (hang tags, insert cards, belly bands)
Special handling or storage instructions for fragile or premium items

Please confirm custom branding requests prior to production.

Shipping Documentation & Export Compliance

Every export shipment from Mohit Handicrafts is accompanied by complete and compliant documentation, including:

Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Certificate of Origin (if required)
Bill of Lading / Air Waybill
Fumigation, Phytosanitary, or other compliance certificates (as per destination country)

We also provide HS Codes for all product types to ensure smooth customs clearance.

Incoterms & Delivery Responsibility

We operate under standard Incoterms depending on buyer preference:

EXW (Ex Works): Buyer arranges pickup from our warehouse.
FOB (Free on Board): We deliver goods to the Indian port of loading.
CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight): We ship to buyer’s destination port with marine insurance.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Available for select countries upon request.

Damaged Goods & Insurance

Every shipment is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch.
However, in rare cases of damage or loss:

Buyers must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
For insured shipments, we assist in claim submission with the freight forwarder.
Uninsured shipments travel at buyer’s risk, unless stated otherwise in writing.

Tracking & Communication

Once your shipment leaves our facility, you’ll receive:

Tracking details and courier link
Name and contact of the shipping agent (if applicable)
Estimated delivery timeline

Our export coordination team provides real-time status updates and supports all shipping-related inquiries via email or WhatsApp.

Additional Charges & Customs Duties

Shipping charges vary depending on weight, dimensions, and destination and are confirmed in the Proforma Invoice.
Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise under DDP terms.
