Order Modes & Minimum Quantities
We maintain minimum order quantities (MOQ) based on product categories to ensure manufacturing efficiency and quality consistency:
- Curtain Tiebacks: Minimum 200 pcs/style
- Tassels: Minimum 500 pcs/style
- Cords & Decorative Trims: Minimum 500 meters/style
Note: MOQ may vary depending on product type, fiber content, and customization requirements.
Sample Requests
We encourage sampling before bulk confirmation to evaluate design accuracy, fiber quality, and finishing details.
- Sample Preparation Time: 10–12 business days (depending on style and stock availability)
- Sample Charges:
- Basic samples are chargeable at a nominal cost.
- Charges are refundable upon confirmation of a qualifying bulk order (conditions apply).
Shipping Details:
- Courier charges via DHL, FedEx, or UPS are payable by the buyer.
- Buyers may also provide their own courier account for freight collection.
- Estimated shipping time: 5–10 business days, depending on destination.
Production Lead Time
Once samples are approved and the bulk order is confirmed:
- Standard production lead time is 20–45 days, depending on volume, customization, and fiber availability.
- All orders are processed on a first-confirmed, first-produced basis.
We recommend early confirmation to reserve production slots during peak seasons.
Custom Sampling
We offer specialized sample development services for:
- New or exclusive designs
- Color or shade matching
- Material blending or custom fiber combinations
Custom sampling may involve additional development charges, depending on the complexity and materials required. These charges are adjustable against future confirmed orders.
